We recommend that you try out the lessons before proceeding with a transaction. Kids UP does not accept refunds for successful payments. Kids UP only accepts refund in case when your transaction is deducted but our system does not record your payment and you do not receive a confirmation of successful purchase. After confirming the information provided by the customer about the unsuccessful transaction, the refund time will vary depending on the type of account the customer registers.

Value Added Tax (VAT) is applied to all items and services on this website. Prices on this website are inclusive of VAT, if applicable.

After your successful payment, we will return the activation code (License code) to the email address you have registered. We will not be responsible in case you enter the wrong email address, the email address does not exist or is invalid. Therefore, please double check and ensure that your email address and personal information have been entered correctly before proceeding with the payment.

Absolutely do not use any programs, tools or other measures to interfere with services and courses in the Kids UP system. Any violation when detected will cause the account to be deleted and can be handled in accordance with the law.

It is strictly forbidden to distribute, propagate or promote any activities to interfere, destroy or infiltrate the data of services and courses in the Kids UP system.

It is strictly forbidden to distribute the content of lessons on Kids UP’s system to the outside. Any violation when detected will cause the account to be deleted and may be handled in accordance with the law on copyright infringement.

There must not be any acts to illegally log in or attempt to log in illegally as well as cause damage to Kids UP’s server system and services and courses in the system. All of these acts are considered acts of destruction of other people’s property and will be stripped of all rights to the account and will be prosecuted before the law if necessary.

When violations such as copyright infringement are discovered, or other violations of regulations, Kids UP has the right to use the information provided by the user when registering an account to transfer to the relevant authorities for settlement in accordance with the law.

In the event of force majeure such as electrical short, damage to hardware, software, or due to natural disaster, etc… The consumer must accept the damage, if any.

If the User provides any information that is not truthful or inaccurate, or if we have grounds to suspect that the information is not truthful or inaccurate, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend verification or terminate your use of the User’s Account and refuse all use of the Service (or any part thereof) at any time or in the future without having to bear any responsibility to the user.

Kids UP only supports changing phones for accounts with a phone number associated with an activation code. In case of joint purchase, sharing of activation codes, users must bear all risks.

Kids UP has the full right to delete, correct or change the user’s data and account information in cases where that person violates the above provisions, without the consent of the user.

Kids UP may change, supplement or amend this agreement at any time and will make it available on the Kids UP Website or other official communication channels.
